30-Oct-08 - Microlight pilot and all round good chap Andy Jones passed his GFT (General Flying Test) under the supervision of the UK's chief gyroplane examiner David Beevers - dodging the showers on a blustery autumn day.  Andy is the first of our students to complete all of his training on our aircraft - and is now looking forward to telling Mrs Jones that now he'll be buying his own ....

28-Sept-08 - Just to prove that you are never too young, 5-year old James went for his second gyro flight with dad Steve.  Here he is looking far too casual after disembarking from his 10-minute trip.

... And here's his sister Rebecca (7) preparing for takeoff.  Becky had a go at flying this time .... which was "interesting" to say the least!

April 09 - Congratulations to Mark Carter, Andrew Towers and Phil Andrews who all went solo on our MT-03 G-CDZZ in April.  A fantastic achievement for you all!

 

Andrew is a former professional pilot, Phil used to fly gliders and Mark is a biker-turned-gyro-pilot.
